Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 throughout New Zealand. Orders under $100 require a shipping charge of $5 standard or $10 for rural addresses.

Selenite Lamp orders under $100 require a $10 'Heavy' shipping charge. Please respect these costs and select the appropriate shipping regardless of the options given at the checkout. Your order may not be sent if the wrong shipping is selected. 

Items ordered and paid for will typically be shipped within 1-3 days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship with Post Haste through Go Sweet Spot. After leaving our facility, the courier companies typically deliver in 1–3 business days depending on your location.

You will receive an email notification that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. During public holidays, this service may encounter delays and orders may take an extra working day to arrive.

If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us prior to making your order to ensure we can arrange this with the courier. 

We offer tracked shipping to Australia for $25 on orders up to 2KGS. Please contact us for a quote if your order exceeds this weight. Or if you would like a quote for other parts of the world. 

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns if you change your mind or do not care for the product. However, if you have a reaction or problem with one of our products please contact us and explain your concern and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please keep in mind that most of the products you are buying are handmade and natural so they tend to have variations from product to product.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

The Boho Grove take great pride in offering high quality goods and ensuring that these are stored in the most reputable condition until shipped out to buyers. In the rare circumstance that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us immediately via email info@thebohogrove.co.nz

A full refund, exchange or store credit will be provided on any damaged or faulty items once we have received the returned item. Damaged or faulty items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase in the same condition as received. Please include original packaging and proof of purchase.
